Our focus

DDS Lab contributes to organizations and causes that align with our company’s Mission, Vision, and Values. Our grant and donation decisions are made consistent with our organization’s Code of Conduct, which emphasizes compliance with state and federal regulations that are in place to protect our employees, our customers, and the patients they serve. Our process to approve grants and donations is independent of past, present, and future product sales opportunities.

Our process

All requests for grants and donations must be submitted directly to our Grants and Donations Committee via this page. If you send a request to a DDS Lab employee, you will be redirected to this page for consideration. Please allow reasonable time for our review process. As a market-leading dental laboratory partner, we receive a high volume of grant and donation requests. Regrettably, we cannot support every request we receive. Make sure that all required fields are completed and that the requested supporting documentation is attached. We prioritize those requests that align with our organization’s values, philosophy, communities, and areas of focus.

Important Note: DDS Lab cannot ship donated fabrications across international borders and will not be named as the exporter of record for international shipments.

Please submit your requests as early as possible. DDS Lab’s review and approval process may take up to 30 days. Not submitting your request in a timely manner may result in denial.
